1. What this page is for
This page explains how Rawagly users can request deletion of their account data, workspace data, business profile data, generated content, connected Facebook Page data, connected Instagram professional account data, access tokens, automation settings, and other data stored inside Rawagly.
This page also explains how users can remove Rawagly from their Meta, Facebook, or Instagram settings.
2. What data can be deleted?
When you request deletion, we can delete or anonymize eligible data such as:
- Your Rawagly account information, including name and email address.
- Your business profiles, workspaces, brand details, briefs, and preferences.
- Generated content such as post ideas, captions, hashtags, reply suggestions, and AI outputs.
- Uploaded or generated media stored in Rawagly.
- Scheduled posts that have not yet been published.
- Publishing logs and connection records where deletion is technically and legally possible.
- Facebook Page and Instagram professional account connection records.
- Page IDs, Instagram business account IDs, access tokens, token metadata, and connection status.
- Auto-reply profiles, automation rules, saved reply templates, and business context used for replies.
- Comments, messages, or engagement data stored inside Rawagly, if any, according to your active features.
3. How to request data deletion
You can request deletion using any of the methods below.
Send an email to support@rawagly.com with the subject: Data Deletion Request.
Please include the email address used for your Rawagly account and, if relevant, the Facebook Page name or Instagram professional account connected to Rawagly.
If the deletion option is available in your dashboard, log in to Rawagly, open account settings, and request account deletion or workspace deletion from there.
If you cannot find the option, email us and we will help manually.
Log in to Rawagly, open your social account connection settings, and disconnect the Facebook Page or Instagram professional account. This stops Rawagly from using that connection for publishing, scheduling, analytics, or auto-replies.
You can also remove Rawagly from your Facebook account settings by going to your Facebook settings, opening Apps and Websites, finding Rawagly, and removing it.
After removal, Rawagly will no longer have authorization through that Meta connection. You can still email us to request deletion of related data stored in Rawagly.
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Hello Rawagly Support,
I would like to request deletion of my Rawagly data.
My Rawagly account email is: [your email]
Connected Facebook Page / Instagram account, if any: [page/account name]
Please confirm once the deletion request is processed.
Thank you.
4. How we verify deletion requests
To protect users from unauthorized deletion requests, we may need to verify that the requester owns or controls the Rawagly account, email address, business workspace, or connected social account.
Verification may include confirming the request from the registered email address, logging in to the account, or providing basic information about the connected page or workspace.
5. Deletion timeline
We aim to respond to deletion requests as soon as possible. In most cases, we will acknowledge valid requests within 7 business days and complete deletion or anonymization of eligible active-system data within 30 days.
Some data may take longer to disappear from backups because backups are overwritten or deleted through normal backup cycles. Backup retention will be limited to what is necessary for security, disaster recovery, and operational continuity.
6. What may be retained after deletion?
We try to delete user data whenever possible. However, we may retain limited information where necessary for:
- Legal compliance.
- Security and fraud prevention.
- Billing, accounting, invoices, tax, refunds, or payment disputes.
- Audit logs needed to protect Rawagly and its users.
- Resolving support, abuse, or platform integrity issues.
Where we do not need personal identification, we may anonymize or aggregate data instead of retaining identifiable user data.
7. Meta, Facebook, and Instagram data deletion
If your Rawagly account is connected to Facebook or Instagram, a deletion request may include removal of Meta-related data stored in Rawagly, such as:
- Facebook Page connection records.
- Instagram professional account connection records.
- Access tokens and token metadata.
- Webhook or automation configuration.
- Auto-reply settings related to the connected account.
- Comments, messages, post references, or analytics data stored by Rawagly, if any.
If you remove Rawagly from your Meta/Facebook settings, Rawagly may lose access to perform actions on your behalf. If you also want historical data stored inside Rawagly deleted, please email us with a Data Deletion Request.
8. Published posts and third-party platforms
If Rawagly has already published a post to your Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, that published content may remain on Facebook or Instagram even after your Rawagly data is deleted.
You can remove published posts directly from the relevant Facebook Page or Instagram account. If Rawagly still has authorization and the relevant API action is available, you may contact us and we will try to help.
9. What happens after deletion?
After deletion is completed:
- You may lose access to your Rawagly account.
- Your saved business profiles and generated content may no longer be available.
- Scheduled posts may be canceled.
- Connected Facebook and Instagram automations may stop working.
- Auto-replies, rules, and saved templates may be removed.
- You may need to create a new account if you want to use Rawagly again.
