This Privacy Policy explains how Rawagly collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our website, platform, Facebook Login, Meta integrations, content generation tools, publishing tools, scheduling tools, and automated reply features.

1. Who we are

Rawagly is an AI-powered social media management platform that helps businesses, freelancers, agencies, and creators generate content, create captions, prepare marketing ideas, schedule posts, publish to connected social media accounts, and manage automated replies.

In this policy, “Rawagly”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Rawagly and the team operating the Rawagly platform.

2. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This policy applies to:

  • The Rawagly website.
  • The Rawagly web application and dashboard.
  • Facebook Login or Meta Login used to access or connect accounts.
  • Facebook Page and Instagram professional account integrations.
  • Content generation, image generation, scheduling, publishing, and auto-reply features.
  • Customer support, billing, analytics, and security processes related to Rawagly.

This policy does not control how Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Stripe, Paddle, OpenAI, Google, or any other third-party service processes data under their own terms and privacy policies.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Account information

When you create or use a Rawagly account, we may collect:

  • Your email address.
  • Your login method or authentication provider.
  • Your account role, subscription status, and account preferences.
  • Support messages you send to us.

3.2 Business and workspace information

When you create a business profile or workspace, we may collect:

  • Business name, brand name, or page name.
  • Business description, industry, products, services, tone of voice, target audience, and marketing preferences.
  • Business contact details or public links you provide.
  • Content briefs, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.

3.3 Content generation information

When you use our AI tools, we may collect and store:

  • Prompts, briefs, and instructions you enter.
  • Generated ideas, captions, hashtags, reply suggestions, and text outputs.
  • Generated or uploaded media assets, such as images or videos.
  • Editing history, selected outputs, and content saved to your library.

3.4 Scheduling and publishing information

When you schedule or publish content, we may collect:

  • Scheduled post date and time.
  • Caption, hashtags, media, and post content selected by you.
  • Publishing status, provider post IDs, error messages, and logs.
  • Basic performance data such as reach, impressions, likes, comments, shares, saves, and clicks when available.

3.5 Billing and subscription information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, we may collect subscription plan, billing status, payment provider customer ID, subscription ID, invoices, and transaction metadata. Full payment card details are processed by our payment providers and are not intentionally stored by Rawagly.

3.6 Technical and usage information

We may collect technical data such as:

  • IP address.
  • Browser type and device information.
  • Operating system.
  • Pages visited and actions taken inside the platform.
  • Login events, audit logs, error logs, and security logs.

3.7 Cookies and similar technologies

4. Meta, Facebook, and Instagram Platform Data

Rawagly may allow users to connect Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts through Meta technologies. We only access Meta data after you authorize Rawagly and grant the relevant permissions.

Depending on the permissions you grant and the features you use, we may access or process:

  • Your Meta/Facebook user ID, name, profile information, and email address if granted.
  • Facebook Pages you manage or are authorized to connect.
  • Facebook Page ID, Page name, Page access token, token expiry data, and connection status.
  • Instagram professional account ID connected to a Facebook Page, if available and authorized.
  • Post content, comments, messages, mentions, and engagement data needed to provide scheduling, publishing, analytics, or auto-reply features.
  • Webhook events needed to detect comments, messages, or account updates when automation features are enabled.
Important: We do not sell Meta Platform Data. We do not use Meta Platform Data for unrelated advertising purposes. We only use it to provide the features you request, such as connecting pages, publishing posts, analyzing performance, and replying to comments or messages.

Access tokens and connection credentials are treated as sensitive information. We aim to store tokens securely, restrict access to them, and use them only to perform actions authorized by you.

You can disconnect your Facebook or Instagram connection from Rawagly at any time. You can also remove Rawagly from your Meta/Facebook app settings. After disconnection, Rawagly will stop using the disconnected account for publishing, analytics, and automation.

5. How we use your information

We use collected information to:

  • Create and manage your Rawagly account.
  • Authenticate users and protect accounts.
  • Create and manage business workspaces.
  • Generate marketing ideas, captions, hashtags, reply suggestions, images, or other creative assets.
  • Schedule and publish posts to connected Facebook Pages or Instagram professional accounts when authorized.
  • Enable automated replies to comments and messages when you activate this feature.
  • Display dashboards, analytics, content history, and publishing status.
  • Provide customer support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Process subscriptions, credits, billing, and payment status.
  • Improve the performance, reliability, safety, and quality of Rawagly.
  • Detect abuse, fraud, security threats, or unauthorized activity.
  • Comply with applicable legal, platform, accounting, or security obligations.

6. AI providers and content processing

Rawagly uses artificial intelligence services to help generate content, captions, ideas, reply suggestions, images, and related creative outputs. To provide these features, we may send prompts, business context, selected brand information, and content instructions to AI service providers.

You should avoid entering highly sensitive personal information, confidential business secrets, passwords, private keys, payment card numbers, or any information you do not want processed by AI services.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.

7. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that host, secure, monitor, or operate Rawagly.
  • AI providers used to generate content or media.
  • Payment processors used for subscriptions and billing.
  • Meta, Facebook, or Instagram when you authorize publishing, replying, analytics, or account connection actions.
  • Support and operations tools used to respond to your requests.
  • Legal, regulatory, or security authorities if required by law or necessary to protect Rawagly, users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell Meta Platform Data. We do not share your connected social media data with unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

8. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Rawagly, maintain your account, support billing, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve the platform.

In general, account, workspace, content, connection, and automation data is kept while your account is active. If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize eligible data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Backup copies may remain for a limited time until they are overwritten or deleted through our normal backup lifecycle.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. These may include access controls, encrypted connections, restricted administrative access, audit logs, secure token handling, monitoring, and separation of user workspaces.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and notifying us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

10. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your account or data.
  • Request disconnection of Facebook, Instagram, or other integrations.

11. Data deletion

Rawagly allows users to request deletion of their data at any time. You do not need to provide a reason. We aim to make deletion simple, fair, and user-friendly.

You can request deletion by:

  • Using the deletion option inside your Rawagly account, if available.
  • Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram from your Rawagly dashboard.
  • Emailing us at support@rawagly.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
  • Removing Rawagly from your Facebook/Meta app settings.

12. Children’s privacy

Rawagly is intended for businesses, freelancers, agencies, marketers, and professional users. It is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Rawagly, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
